Winter in Korea

Korea’s winter seems so different from Mongolia’s winter. It is definitely “warmer”. hehehe In here, the snow looks so magnificent on the rooftops of Korean houses and palaces that we have visited. One of the most distinct feature we have noticed aside from its beautiful scenes is the way Koreans help not only each other but everyone which is why I find this country the best in all the countries I have visited!

18 Days of Travelling around the Philippines

Today,  my husband and I will start a new journey. With one x-large backpack, a regular backpack and my handbag, we will venture out into the three major islands of the Philippines for 18 days. We will start off with Bacolod then with a plane to Cagayan, land trip to Butuan, plane to Davao, then off to Boracay for some heat and waves. After Mindanao and Visayas, we go to Luzon. One shouldn’t of course miss the hustle and bustle of metropolitan Manila then off we go to Legaspi to marvel at the perfectly-cone shaped volcano. ANother thing that I am looking forward is the interaction with butandings or whale shark in Donsol. The travel doesnt stop there! We then cross to Samar and Leyte. Well, you would have thought that the trip is over, right? From Tacloban, we fly going to Iloilo and then ride a ferry going back to Bacolod. 

One couldn’t imagine how it could happen but here is a sketch of how we are going to make this travel.

I just hope that I would be able to post everything about the trip. Oftentimes I am too lazy to write about it or sometimes I just don’t have the time to do it.

Lubeck

Lubeck is aplace where one shouldn’t miss to take a stop here upon going to Travemunde from Hamburg. It is a quaint place where you would find yourself in one of the most beautiful old gates in Germany that is currently still standing. If you look from afar you would really be reminded of those fairy tales that you have read during your childhood. Aside from that, they have other great scenic places that you will be fascinated of as well. A good place for those who just wants a relaxed vacation.

The Hamburg City Hall and Lake

Hamburg for me is a distinct kind of city from all the other ones in Germany. I think that the people are more varied because it has a port and so it makes people easier to go back and forth the city. I don’t know but it really was different for me down to the Reeperbahn, churches and a whole lot more. I like the  city because it seems to be surrounded with water .
